New context value

we need to create a separate context value specifically for new car purchases within the entity. The reason for this separate category is that we cannot set multiple approval rights within the same context value. Therefore, we are planning to create a new context value specifically for new car purchases. The approval limit for car purchases should be restricted to one user only. Please confirm if any additional details are needed from my side.
