I would like to know if there is an HDL (HCM Data Loader) available to bulk upload Auto-Provisioning Rules. We need to create multiple rules, and manually configuring them one by one is time-consuming.

If an HDL file exists for this purpose, could you please share the required structure and business object details? Any documentation or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
