šŸ’”What If Depreciation Analysis Report - Limitations and Functionality

in Assets 2 comments

Summary: What is the logic behind the functionality of the What-If Depreciation Analysis Report?

Solution:

Running the What-If Depreciation Analysis Report is a two step process:

  1. go to Prepare What-If Analysis task on the Assets page and fill in the parameters you want for collecting the data. The data collected through this job will be used to populate the report in step 2.
  2. go to Scheduled Processes and submit the What-If Depreciation Analysis Report for the request id generated at step 1.

Oracle Fusion changed the logic to store the what-if data into a new fusion_dynamic table for each request and we will use a profile option to keep the Assets report data for how many days.

Howdy, Stranger!
