Existing Absence - Personal Assistants

Hello,

We currently have a requirement to build a security role which provides access for Personal Assistants to book annual leave for the their Line Manager (usually a Director)

At implementation we had a Learning Admin Security Role created which can access Public Info > Skills & Qualifications to add skills/ learning for an employee and we figured this could be done for a PA by entering the Existing Absences Screen and then clicking Add from this screen.

However, we are unable to gain access to the Existing Absences screen - which privilege does this sit under?

We also are unable to search for anybody Under the Absence quick action if this helps identify the privilege we are missing.
