Use the ESS web service to schedule a job for running the BI cloud extracts

We have been attempting to run a BICC based job from a SOAP\API call using something similar to the ErpIntegrationService submitESSJobRequest SOAP function but have not been successful.

Based on https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/25a/biacc/creating-a-business-intelligence-cloud-extract.pdf (page 35), it appears that this is possible, however, the structure of the request appears different than the ErpIntegrationService submitESSJobRequest SOAP function and we have not been able to get it to work. When using the ErpIntegrationService submitESSJobRequest SOAP function, we receive the following error:

"The user doesn't have access to ESS job definition with name JobDefinition://oracle.apps.ess.biccc/BICloudConnectorJobDefinition and package BI_DATASETS_PROJECT_VIEW. Check the job definition and user details."
