Unable to review Contract request by requester and Assignee

I have enabled "Manage Contract Request" functionality in 24D, created a custom job role and Contract setup duty role, Contract Request Authoring duty role and Contract Request Review duty role are assigned with the custom job role. This custom job role is assigned to requester and assignee.

Now both requester can create contract request for customer contract creation but after saving he could not see the request which is created in Contract Management > Contract Request.

No workflow approval is maintained.

Also, the Assignee not able to see the request created by the requester. No workflow approval is maintained.

At the same time, if assignee create a request, he can see the request but not able to edit it.
