form layout not stretching to full width of parent in my page, please help

Hi Experts

In my page i have a validation component and form layout, i could see that the validation component stretches to the full wide but the form layout is not stretching in row layout, i do not want the column layout as it will shuffle the components and it wont be in the order as i want. Please help me how to make the form layout make it stretch across the width of the parent.
