Resource Availability not showing in Planning

Below is the screenshot from plan inputs

All 5 resources in the above screenshot are having Resource UOM as Minute. We have defined standard UOM conversion from Minute to Hour.

As you can see in the screenshot, resource availability is getting calculated for first 2 resources but is not getting calculated for remaining 3 items. For these 3 items, UOM of resource availability is showing as Minute.

What could be the possible reason, any help appreciated. Thanks!
