GEN3: Automatically Stop the schedule of an Integration while deactivating project

When deactivate project, OIC can stop the inside schedules automatically instead of ask user to stop schedule manually.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Now if this schedule is NOT in project, it can be deactivated directly, it's auto stop schedule and deactivated. Like this ER https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/564675
