Category value getting defaulted against catalog for the items
Hi,
We are using oracle fusion cloud application. There is an functional area catalog named 'INVENTORY' and is associated with couple of functional areas - Cost and Inventory.
Whenever new item is created in PIM, on saving the record, this INVENTORY catalog gets added automatically to the item with default category value. The requirement is, instead of category value getting defaulted against catalog, it should appear blank so that item creation user will have to add the appropriate category manually against the INVENTORY catalog. Can we achieve this requirement?
We have tried keeping default category field blank in INVENTORY catalog setup, but system is not allowing to do so, as the catalog is associated with Cost functional area.
