Unable to update or Delete Zone in EBS

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are using Supply chain planning cloud (Planning) and EBS (for all other modules).In EBS ORder Management Regions and Zones form We are not able to Update City to existing City created under zone and we are not able to Delete a Zone.Error Says in Integration with Supply planning Cloud.

Has anyone comeacross this issue, Any inputs are appriciated.
