Unable to Unlock Ownership Management Form despite Approvals Being Unlocked

Summary:

In our system, we have enabled organization by period. To lock the approvals, we must also lock the ownership management form.

The issue is that we are now unable to unlock the ownership management form even though the entities in approvals are unlocked. There is no error being shown, and the process seems to be running, but the ownership management form remains locked.

Note: There are no future periods locked in either the management form or approvals, and the current period is open in approvals.

Has anyone else faced this issue with unlocking the ownership management form despite approvals being unlocked? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
