Absence Date Start in OTBI

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

I created a report using Workforce Management - Absence Real time that shows absences employees have along with the date created, and date start of the request. I noticed the dates on the report are about 1 day off as compared to what is displayed on the front end. How can the dates in OTBI be in sync to what is displayed on the front end?
