Invalid Component error when running 'yarn occ upload-assets'

Summary:

I created a test component called 'Example Widget' last week. It is causing errors when I try to upload assets and I cannot figure out how to delete it from the admin.

Related, I believe, any custom component I have successfully uploaded appears in the ui as "Missing Component - <component-name>".
