Project number should not be used by another business unit

Summary:

Example there is project number: ABC123, and there are Procurement BU 1 and Procurement BU 2.

While creating PO i have used Procurement BU1 and added Project Number ABC123 at PO lines. Now when i use Procurement BU2 if i select Project Number ABC123 system should allow me to submit the PO.

So in short can we restrict Project Number according to Procurement BU?
