REDWOOD - Team Activity Center - Dual Access Paths for Quick Actions
Summary:
In order to view/access all Redwood 'Team Activity Center' Quick Actions, there appear to be two independent paths required in Release 25A.
The first set of 'Team Activity Center' Quick Actions are accessed by selecting the seemingly logical Team Actions > View More, while a second set can only be accessed by selecting worker-level ellipsis … > View More. (see example images in content below).
This dual approach to accessing 'Team Activity Center' Quick Actions seems inconsistent and likely confusing for some Line Managers.
Does anyone know if this dual approach will be modified in a future release? Or is this split approach the final planned implementation for Redwood's 'Team Activity Center'?
