In the Dashboards tile card, are only dashboard artifacts available?

Summary:

There is a separate tile card for Dashboards and Data (forms). We are currently converting our composite forms into Dashboards, but noticed that only Dashboards artifacts are showing in the Dashboards tile card. Are form artifacts not available to be grouped / moved to the Dashboards tile card?
