ICP Elimination result in FCCS - Question

Summary:

Is elimination possible in FCCS for case 1 as below. Currently it is not happening in our case. Or is there is a work around.

Case 1 - We have an entity where ownership is 35%, but it is subsidiary and data should eliminate.(With Control as Yes) - In FCCS it is not eliminating

Case 2 - We also have an entity where ownership is 37% but it is an associate and ICP transaction should not eliminate (With Control as No)
