IF a change is done to role (which is already assigned), do we need to run LDAP schedule process

Summary:

IF a change in done to role (which is already assigned), do we need to run LDAP schedule process.

For ex: An employee is assigned with "Human Resource Specialist" role. now we change the "Human Resource Specialist" by adding/removing privileges.

Then should we do run both the LDAP processes along with generate Data role and security profile??

OR

Only generate Data role and security profile ??
