FCCS Business Rulesets showing multiple RTPs for Period and Years

Summary:

Created Ruleset in FCCS with 9 individual rules. When running it, I need to specify the Period and Years 9 times for the 9 individual rules.

There is an option of "Merge Variables" in Rulesets but it seems like it is not working.

The same option is available in EPBCS and it is working.
