Default View Reports and Analytics

Hello all -

We're currently looking for a way to default the displayed folders application and user wide when navigating to Reports and Analytics from the home page. Does anyone know of a way that we can force a default application wide to a specific folder view / location? Screenshot provided below for reference - please see the highlighted area. We'd like to default this to always show the custom folder for all users.
