OTBI Managers and Direct Reports Additional Fields

Hello everyone,

I am needing to create a report that displays these sorts of columns:

Vertical Department Job Level Average Headcount ADMIN 330-LEGAL & CONTRACTS M1 - Supervisor 2.0

My problem is that the headcount metric is not reporting the direct reports for those in M1 Supervisor roles. It's how many people are IN the M1-Supervisor role.

I am using the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time Subject Area.
