Intermittent timeout errors routing OTM outbound transmissions through Imperva WAF

We are seeing 1-2 timeouts a day for our outbound OTM transmissions we route through Imperva's web application firewall. Our reattempt mode is is NONE - error status and our socket timeout is 30 seconds. We are certainly opening to change the reattempt or timeout if needed, but first I thought I would ask if others have experienced this issue? Thank you in advance!
