how to avoid the FTE error when there are multiple job openings on a single requisition & they are offered against vacant positions.
- Requisition A is created against position 1.
- 3 people to be hired via Requisition A.
- Positions 2 and 3 are created and are vacant.
- Candidate 1 is offered and position 1 is selected in job offer. On move to HR they move into the vacant position 1 ok.
- Candidates 2 and 3 are offered. The vacant positions 2 and 3 are selected in their job offers.
- Upon move to HR, system seems to be checking for vacant FTE against position 1 which was filled by candidate 1. But candidates 2 and 3 are going into positions 2 and 3, not position 1.
