Can i have a functionality where user can add a notes/activity details in a Quote

Summary:

In our business, multiple department users interact internally for finalizing a Quote. They want a functionality where they can create notes or activities, and it should be visible to all users who have access to that Quote. We have similar out of the box functionality in CRM applications like Oracle Sales Cloud or SFDC or MS Dynamic add a note to capture any interaction internally or externally.
