HCM Integrations Real Time Vs. Data Exchange> Import and Load Data

My understanding is that we purge Import and Load Data so that the import information is less than ~30 days old. We can run a report using the HCM Integrations Real Time subject area and files loaded after Nov 1 2024 will be returned. Is there a parameter which determines if & when data is purged from the Integrations Real Time subject area? Additionally, which tables contain the data displayed in Import and Load Data and is it possible to determine which table contain data which comprise the Integrations Real Time subject area?
