What is the process for migrating custom objects from one Oracle Fusion instance to another?

I have created two custom objects with approximately 180 columns each in Oracle Fusion and now need to migrate them to another instance. From my research, it seems that manual recreation is the only option. Is there any other process or method to migrate custom objects between instances, aside from manually recreating them?
