Need some Clarification on mandatory fields coming in Redwood page

Summary:

Currently we are implementing redwood Supplier Registration for one of our client.

Client raised below points, can you please help us on this.

  1. In Redwood Supplier Bank Account registration page is currently working based on country specific rule. So based on country, Required field will differ. But in previous Classic UI some fields are only mandatory. For Example. Previously in Classic UI Bank account Number or IBAN fields and Country are Mandatory for all countries. In Redwood ( Eg. For US ) Accounting Number, Account Type and Routing Number are mandatory. But currently client is not using Routing Number. 

We need to know the impact of this recently introduced bank account fields in redwood page to the finance side as this were not mandatory before.
