How can a quality action be triggered directly for out of specification results?

Dear experts,

Seeking your advise for the below issue.

  1. Our business wants to trigger quality action for the concession request if any out of specification results with minimal deviation from the limit.
  2. In inspection plan action rule, quality action triggering option is not available.

Kindly suggest if this can be achieved in any alternate way.
