Customization of Standard Trial Balance Report

we have a requirement to create custom trial balance report using customize option from the standard Trial Balance report. The same time we want to keep both the reports available in ESS jobs. How to achieve this? only custom report should show the changes in the layout, but standard report should not show any changes.

Report Name: Trial Balance Report (Standard Report No Changes in the layout) and XX_Trial_Balance_report (Custom Report Should show the Changes in the layout).

Please let me know how to achieve this.
