Are seeded Personal Detail fields date tracked?

In Personal Detail, are seeded fields such as: Ethnicity, Religion, Home Address, Gender Identity, Highest Education Level, Caring Responsibilities, Sexual Orientation, National Identity, have a start and end date that may correlate to a different value in these fields depending on when it has been updated? This is in relation to the below issue statement:

'The LE1 need to report on Diversity and Inclusion data for a period of 12 months after the employee leaves. Because only the latest version of the data held within the Person record is stored on the system, in the event where Employee A makes one or multiple changes to the data of one or many fields within their Person record, this would cause the LE1  (their previous employer) to report on the updated information, which would result in inaccurate diversity and inclusion reporting.'
