Disable supplier invitation to negotiation email

Hi,

after publishing a negotiation (RFQ) the supplier receives an invitation email. 

The title of the notification is "Action Required: You are invited: RFQ XXXX" (where XXXX is the RFQ number). 

Is it possibile to prevent these notifications from being sent?
