How to Delete An Environment As No Delete Option Is Available

edited Mar 5, 2025 6:25PM in Visual Builder Studio for HCM 3 comments

Summary:

In VBS would like to delete an environment that was created while using an older version of VBS because it is not configured using OAuth but can find no option to delete it. How do we delete said environment?

Content:

In VBS would like to delete an environment that was created while using an older version of VBS. We have been using that environment (named dev4) to deploy an extension containing our personalizations so that our users can test them. It was configured from the Environments page using a username and password only with no OAuth.

With the latest release of VBS, OAuth is now a requirement to be able to use the Manage Extension Lifecycle page.

Howdy, Stranger!
