Capturing Sublevels (Geo, Brand, Channel)

edited Apr 18, 2025 4:07AM in Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration 2 comments

We have a requirement to subclassify the Demand into Geo, Brand, and Channel at Order Line levels in Order Management. Our expectation is that this data should be collected and available for Demand Management.

One of the approach is with demand class. Currently, only the standard Demand Class field is being collected. We are considering using Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) to capture these additional demand class levels (Geo, Brand, and Channel). However, we are uncertain whether DFFs will be collected in planning along with the standard Demand Class field.

Could you please advice:

Whether DFFs created at the Order Line levels in Order Management will be collected for use in Demand Management?

Howdy, Stranger!
