Supplier PO Acknowledgment email customization

We have implemented Supplier PO Acknowledgment email notifications via the BPM Worklist Task (DocumentAcknowledgmentRequestForAction). This task works as expected, but we would like to customize what shows in the email body. We expected to see a corresponding report and data model for this task, but have not been able to locate them. Can the email message generated by the BPM Worklist Task (DocumentAcknowledgmentRequestForAction) be customized and how is this done?
