Issue with "Create from Copy" Functionality – Inactive Organizations Blocking Item Association

Summary:

Dear Team,

I am using the Create from Copy functionality to create a new item based on an existing item and associate it with all 200 child organizations that were assigned to the original item. However, the system is displaying the following error message and stopping the process:

Error:

You can't assign the item 300003118194713 to the organization 73NPC because the organization is inactive. (EGP-2)

It appears that two of the 200 child organizations are inactive, preventing the process from completing successfully. I would like to understand if Oracle has any standard business rules, workflows, or validations that prevent assigning items to inactive inventory organizations when using the
