Tax Calendar not showing next quarter in Tax Allocation Process mandatory parameter "Tax Cal Period"

Our tax manager has tried to run the 4 quarter end scheduled processes

  1. Select Transactions for Tax Reporting has ran and looks to be successful
  2. when trying to run the Tax allocation process the new tax quarter is not showing in the tax calendar period drop down box and therefore we are unable to run the report, or figure out why its missing.

3&4. There are two more allocation scheduled processes to run after this one and though we haven't run them we can see that they are not showing the new tax quarter.

I have checked out the calendars within the set up and maintenance and it all looks correct to me, can anyone advise where I should be looking to iron out this problem?
