Remove Attachment on Cancelled requisition

Summary:

We have an issue where an attachment to a requisition contains sensitive information. 

Unfortunately, the requisition made its way through approval and became a purchase order.

Once realized, the purchase order and related requisition were cancelled. However, the problem attachment remains, and can cannot be removed from the cancelled order. It is currently still visible to most users as a cancelled requisition attachment

If it were possible to alter a back-end table to just remove this specific attachment, that would be ideal. Alternative idea’s / solutions are also welcome.
