How can we customize the category LOV API call made in My Help page to include extra query parameter
Hi Experts
How can we customize the category LOV API call made in HR Helpdesk 'My Help' page to include extra query parameters? For example, we have a custom field "ManagerOnly" and when a manager is logged in we want categories marked with True to also return in addition to just there BU categories. Where can you add/change this API call?
