Control Budget Load Issue

Hi,

Business would like to know is there any other possible way to load the Budgets without running an integration.
If yes they would like to know the detailed steps.

As business has been facing error loading Budgets via PBCS in lower environment due to connection issue. Currently they are working on the connection issue.

Please share your valuable inputs.
