Looking to generate Artifact Update reports through rest API or EPMAutomate but dont see any resources available to get this information from automation of audit stand-point.

Have already looked at

But dont see any information about rules being modified etc… so resort was to check artifact update report under LCM but this is not available through rest api or epmautomate command to get this information automated.
