Fast formula to default absence hours to 8
Hello,
We are implementing Time and Labor in cloud and used schedules that contain 8.5 hrs (8 hrs work + 30 min lunch). Assigning these schedules are impacting absences when employees apply for PTO. The absence duration for a day is defaulting to 8.5 and we want it to remain as 8 hrs absence duration for a day.
- Considering that the schedules cannot be changed, is there an easier way to do this without having to use Conversion Formula within Absence Type?
- And if we have to use Conversion Formula, does anyone have a sample fast formula that I can use?
