Is any possibility to make employee timezone preference as default timezone based End user country.

Presently we are having default timezone for all employees, but we are facing some issues in late terminations. We need to default the timezone based on the employee (End User) country who are login to the fusion application.
Example - I am working in India Country whenever i am login to the fusion application my default timezone should be India.
