Unable to print multiple copies of label from RF at once

Summary: I tried to print multiple copies of Label at once by opting YES for parameter “prompt-number-of-copies" and "prompt-number-of-labels-copies” in Print Label and Print Ship Label RF module. But still, it doesn't prompt number of copies while executing Task in RF.
