How do I turn on "Select All" and "Select" fields in the CPQ qualify list by default?

CPQ qualify list "Select All" and "Select" fields need to be ON by default.

I was able to set only Select All to be ON by default, but the select fields is not checked. Could you please kindly tell me the relationship between the two ("Select All" and "Select" fields)? And I also would like to know how to set up those.

The change was made in the following steps↓
Process Definition> Qualify list (Documents> Transaction(Attribues)> Sellect All
I changed the "Data: True" from Default tab.
