when declarations are created,they are not going through the screening and no docs generated along

Summary:

Till 26th Feb agent worked fine and all declarations are processed and itn created along with documents. But from 27th Feb agent is not working so only declarations are getting created from trade transactions but they are not going through the screening and indicator is stuck in white and also the ITN and all are not generating and also the documents also not generated
