FBDI template for import Supply Order (Make items to create WO)?

We use BY ESP for planning, and our planned order recommendations (MAKE items) are released to Oracle SCM Cloud for execution. What are the best options to create these recommendations as Work Orders (WOs) in Manufacturing (MFG)?

  1. Can we leverage the Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) process for this?
  2. If so, which File-Based Data Import (FBDI) template should we use? The "DosSupplyOrderImportTemplate" seems to support only Transfer Orders.
