need Qualification Area to be selected based on a DFF at registration level

Summary:

We have a DFF defined at the supplier registration level to capture the Supplier tier. Considering that this DFF is populated and saved, we need to be able to select particular qualification area(s) pertaining to that Tier. This will enable us focussed questions for the supplier and increase our qualification efficiency
