When we build reports with following subject area
(a) Incentive Compensation Participant Detail Real Time (for Participant Detail Effective Start Date and Effective End Date)
(b) Incentive Compensation Plan Real Time ( for Participant Plan Component Target Incentive Weight)

Most of the OOTB dashboard reports have Global prompts for Calender (Year) and filtering on this is not applicable on the above mentioned subject areas.

The common Calendar dimension is missing in both of the above subject area and joins between these provide a cartesian product of Participant assigned to multiple Plans within different periods
