Report on Duplicate Contacts in Benefits
Summary:
I'm looking to see if anyone has come up with a clean way to report on duplicate contacts in Benefits. I have read a few other posts about this issue, so I know I'm not alone. This is the issue where life events need to be backed out, duplicated contacts replaced with correct ones, and then the duplicated one deleted. The issue is that while I was able to pull the data, I had to use 2 reports and some Excel formulas to get there. I'm comfortable in OTBI, but not the best when it comes to BI / Data
